I am a Registered Psychological Associate with extensive experience in treating individuals with severe mental health challenges, including bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD & nightmares, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, substance use disorders, personality disorders, and dual diagnoses. My clinical work focuses on providing psychological assessments and therapy for individuals facing complex mental health issues, with a particular emphasis on trauma, neurodivergence, and severe mental illness.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, my research explores recovery from fentanyl addiction, reflecting my commitment to addressing the ongoing opioid epidemic. My therapeutic approach integrates humanistic, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier coping strategies.
I am also passionate about utilizing depth psychology to create innovative group therapy experiences in mental health facilities throughout Orange County, helping individuals explore their inner worlds and develop creative ways to process their challenges. My goal is to foster a supportive environment where clients can navigate life’s difficulties, gain insight, and build the skills necessary to manage their mental health effectively.
