I am a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute and a Hospital Certified Harp Therapist with over fifteen years of experience facilitating group therapy across diverse settings including mental health and addiction treatment centers, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and hospice agencies. My dissertation research focuses on synthetic opioid recovery experiences, reflecting my deep commitment to understanding and supporting those navigating the complexities of addiction.
Music has always been my life's largest passion, and a central part of my own healing process. Sharing the harp with others is both an honor and a continuation of that journey. I come from a lineage of healing work rooted in attunement, radical acceptance, and normalizing the human experience in all its complexity. I am passionate about working with those who need healing the most and bringing live therapeutic harp to places it would normally not go; spaces where people are often forgotten or underserved.
My practice weaves together all of my own healing work with my academic training, integrating the therapeutic power of sound with depth psychology, somatic practices, breathwork, and dream analysis. I specialize create immersive soundscapes that support nervous system regulation, embodied emotional processing, and the cathartic release of trauma held in the body. My approach honors both contemplative wisdom and modern evidence-based practice, addressing the whole person. Body, mind, and soul.
